By accessing and using our website and making purchases from Orbyx Studio, you ("the Customer", "you") agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions of Sale. Please read them carefully before making any purchases.

Primary Jurisdiction: Orbyx Studio is a company registered in Chile and operates in accordance with the commercial and tax legislation in force in that country.
Orbyx Studio offers limited edition 3D-printed collectible items. Due to the handcrafted nature of 3D printing, each piece may present minor variations that are not considered defects. Product images on the website are for reference only and may differ slightly from the final product. As these are limited editions, product availability is subject to stock.
Prices: All prices are indicated in United States Dollars (USD). For sales within Chile, prices include VAT. Orbyx Studio reserves the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. The applicable prices will be those published at the time of order confirmation.
Payment Methods: We accept payments with national and international credit, debit, and prepaid cards. Payments are processed through secure third-party platforms (payment gateways), and Orbyx Studio does not store your banking or card information.
Coverage: We ship throughout Chile and to most countries worldwide.
Estimated Delivery Times:
National Shipments (Chile): 1 to 10 business days.
International Shipments (Standard): 30 to 45 business days.
International Shipments (Express): 15 to 30 business days.
These times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as customs, weather conditions, holidays, or logistical issues with transport companies. Orbyx Studio is not responsible for delays beyond its control.

The shipping cost will be calculated and displayed in the shopping cart before completing the order.
International Taxes and Duties: For international shipments, the Customer is responsible for any import taxes, customs duties, or local fees that may apply in the destination country. Orbyx Studio has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. It is the Customer's responsibility to inquire about the customs regulations of their country.
Reporting Damage: If the Customer receives a damaged product, they must report it to [email protected] within 24 business hours of receiving the package. The report must include:
Order number.
Detailed description of the damage.
Clear photos of the damaged product and the original packaging (internal and external).
It is essential to keep the original packaging for any claim process with the transport company.
Resolution for Damage: After evaluating the evidence, if damage attributable to shipping is confirmed, Orbyx Studio will offer:
Replacement of the product, if possible and in stock.
A refund of the product's value, if replacement is not feasible.
Lost Products: If an order is not received within the maximum estimated period plus an additional 20 business days, the Customer must contact [email protected]. Orbyx Studio will initiate an investigation with the transport company. If the package loss is confirmed, a product replacement (if in stock) or a refund will be offered.
Given the collectible and limited edition nature of our products, Orbyx Studio maintains a strict returns and exchanges policy:
Products Eligible for Return/Exchange: Only products in their original, unopened, unused condition, with intact seals and packaging, and in perfect resalable condition will be accepted. Products showing signs of use, manipulation, or damage will not be accepted.
Return/Exchange Period:
For international purchases: 10 calendar days from the date of product receipt, only in case of manufacturing defects.
For purchases within Chile: 10 calendar days from the date of receipt, in accordance with Chilean Consumer Law.
Returns for buyer's remorse are not accepted.
Return/Exchange Process for Manufacturing Defects:
The Customer must contact [email protected], attaching the order number, detailed description of the defect, and photos/videos evidencing it.
Once the return is approved, Orbyx Studio will provide instructions for shipping the item back.
If the defect is confirmed, a replacement or refund will be issued as appropriate.
Refunds: Refunds will be for the value of the product, excluding shipping costs (unless it pertains to damage or loss during shipping). Refunds will be processed to the original payment method and may take several business days to be reflected.
Limited Warranty: Covers manufacturing defects for 30 calendar days from product receipt.
Exclusions: The warranty does not cover:
Damage due to improper use, drops, impacts, or negligence.
Natural wear and tear of the material over time.
Modifications or repairs performed by third parties.
Damage due to environmental exposure or natural disasters.
Small aesthetic variations inherent to 3D printing that do not affect functionality.
Process: Contact [email protected] with a description and evidence. Depending on the case, repair, replacement (if in stock), or a partial or full refund will be offered.
Age Restriction: Only individuals with legal capacity to contract in Chile (e.g., over 18 years old) may make purchases.
Intellectual Property: All content on the site (texts, images, designs, etc.) is the property of Orbyx Studio or its licensors. Reproduction or use without authorization is prohibited.
User Conduct: The Customer agrees to use the site lawfully and respectfully. Any misuse will be grounds for suspension or cancellation of access.
Orbyx Studio collects personal data such as name, address, phone number, and email to process orders, manage shipments, offer support, and enhance your experience. This information is stored securely and only shared with third parties for operational purposes (e.g., shipping companies). Your data is not sold or used for other purposes without your explicit consent. We recommend reviewing our Privacy Policy to fully understand our data practices.
Orbyx Studio reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page and will take effect from their publication. It is the Customer's responsibility to periodically review this section.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile. Any disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of the city of Santiago.
