This sweepstakes is jointly organized by Lady Gaga Museum and Orbyx Studio (hereinafter referred to as "The Organizers"). The sweepstakes is international in scope, allowing participation from residents of any country, subject to applicable local laws and regulations.
Grand Prize: One (1) Urban Outfitters The Fame Monster Box Set vinyl.
Prize Conditions: The prize is unique, indivisible, non-transferable, and shall under no circumstances be exchangeable for cash, credit, or any other products/services available in the Orbyx Studio online store.
Price and Limited Quantity: The "The Fame Monster Album Collector’s Guide" (a digital booklet in PDF format) has a unit price of $5 USD (or its equivalent in local currency based on the exchange rate processed by the payment platform). The sweepstakes features a total, limited quantity of 300 tickets.
Right of Entry: Each individual who purchases the guide through the Orbyx Studio online store will automatically receive one (1) entry (ticket) into the sweepstakes per unit purchased. The remaining stock will be publicly displayed on the Orbyx Studio online store product page.
Multiple Entries and File Delivery: A single user or participant may purchase multiple tickets in a single transaction to increase their chances of winning. Since the issuance of entry rights is tied to each order processed by the store, a single PDF digital file (guide) will be delivered per order placed, regardless of the number of tickets included in that specific order. Delivery of the PDF digital file will be made via email within the next business day following payment confirmation.
No Expiration Date: The sweepstakes does not have a predetermined end date. The execution of the drawing is strictly contingent upon the sale or allocation of all 300 available tickets (digital guides).
Winner Selection: Once the total stock of tickets is fully depleted, the winner will be selected via a digital random roulette platform.
Transparency: To ensure process transparency, the selection will be broadcast or published via a full screen-recorded video of the roulette selection on The Organizers' official Instagram Stories.
Direct Shipment: The prize will be automatically shipped to the delivery address registered in the winning participant’s order, regardless of whether or not the winner responds to notifications on social media. Dispatch will take place within a maximum of 5 business days following the announcement of the winner via FedEx. Transit times and final delivery upon dispatch remain the sole responsibility of the shipping company.
Free Shipping: The cost of international transportation and shipping to the address provided by the winner will be 100% covered by The Organizers.
Customs Duties and Taxes: Although shipping is free, any customs fees, import duties, VAT, or administrative taxes levied by customs or tax authorities in the winner's destination country shall be the sole and mandatory responsibility of the winner. The Organizers are not responsible for customs delays or withholdings.
Due to the digital nature of the product delivered (immediate download/access content in PDF format), all sales of the digital guide are final and non-refundable, in accordance with international e-commerce standards for digital goods.
Therefore, upon completing the purchase, the user expressly accepts the non-refundable nature of the order and agrees to wait for the required timeframe until all tickets are sold and the drawing is executed.
The Organizers shall not be held liable for technical issues, network failures, errors in the email or shipping address provided by the user in their order, or lost shipments resulting from force majeure events or deficient handling by local postal services in the destination country.
This sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Urban Outfitters, or the legal entities or brand representations of Lady Gaga / Interscope Records.
Participation in this sweepstakes implies full, unreserved, and unconditional acceptance of all the present terms and conditions. Any situation not expressly covered in this document shall be definitively resolved by The Organizers. Individuals who prefer to register via the free entry method without purchasing the digital booklet may send an email to [email protected] attaching a legible photo of themselves alongside their complete Lady Gaga collection and a statement explaining why they should win, subject to manual verification (limit of 1 entry per person).
The Organizers reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the execution of the sweepstakes in the event of fraud, severe technical failures, supply chain issues, or any other force majeure factor beyond their reasonable control that compromises the integrity or normal operation of the contest.
By participating and winning, the winner expressly authorizes The Organizers to publish their name, Instagram username, and/or country of residence across the digital platforms and social media channels of Lady Gaga Museum and Orbyx Studio solely for promotional purposes and to demonstrate transparency regarding the prize delivery.
